Job Title: Account Manager

The Account Manager drives sales growth and expands the client base in the cards technology and solutions industry. The main contact for the customers, this role provides excellent service and solutions, seeks new business opportunities, negotiates contracts, and reports on sales performance. The requirements are:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
  • Competence in English and Filipino
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
  • Understanding of sales procedures and data privacy laws

 

The Account Manager reports to the Branch Manager or designated authority and works in a field-based role with frequent travel to clients. This role also attends industry events and conferences and stays updated on industry trends and technologies. The performance is measured by the sales targets, account growth, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams.

Job Title: HR Generalist

The HR Generalist supports various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and health, safety, and wellness initiatives. This role implements HR policies and procedures, assists with employee issues, attends meetings and seminars, maintains company records, and reports to the HR Manager or senior HR staff. The requirements are:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources roles, preferably in sales, technology, or related industries
  • Basic proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and labor laws and health and safety regulations
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, ethical conduct, and adaptability
  • Fluency in English and Filipino
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Flexibility for regular working hours and occasional overtime

 

The HR Generalist works in an office-based role. This role interacts with employees across all levels of the organization. The performance is measured by the support of HR functions, employee engagement and satisfaction, compliance with labor laws and ethical practices, and recruitment and retention strategies.

Job Title: Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper records and maintains the company’s financial records, using accounting software. This role records and reconciles transactions, processes payments, prepares reports, handles payroll, complies with tax laws and monitors inventory. The requirements are:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
  • At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the cards technology and solution industry or similar industries
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping software
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Competence in English and Filipino
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Flexibility for regular working hours and occasional overtime

 

The Bookkeeper reports to the Finance Manager or designated authority and works in an office-based role. The performance is measured by the accuracy and timeliness of the financial records and reports.

Job Title:  Project Manager

 

As a Project Manager for Retail Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing retail sales projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with the sales team, retail managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your primary goal will be to drive retail sales growth and improve the overall customer experience.

The Sales Admin Assistant provides essential support to the Sales Department, ensuring accurate sales order processing, efficient administrative tasks, and excellent customer service within the online sales environment.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Educational Background: College degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Location: Makati.
  • Industry Focus: Experience in the cards technology and solutions industry, printing, IT, or similar fields is strongly preferred.
  • Required Experience:
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a similar customer-facing support role.
    • Experience handling online transactions and customer inquiries is an advantage.

Job Title: Junior Program Developer

The Junior Program Developer supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of system solutions for NDAS. This role focuses on assisting senior developers, providing basic support, troubleshooting, integrating products, and gaining hands-on experience through training and mentorship.

 

Job Specifications:

 

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: While internships or project-based experience are beneficial, a strong foundation in programming concepts is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of C, C++, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Python, Java, and SQL. Familiarity with various database formats is a plus.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Attributes: Eagerness to learn, team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and professionalism.
  • Location: Primarily office-based.

Availability: Willingness to occasionally support outside standard hours for learning and development purposes.
